Provided are an air purifying dust collector, a street lamp for an air purifying dust collector, and a traffic light for an air purifying dust collector. The air purifying dust collector comprises: a body having a shape of a pipe, and including a flow path formed inside; a first suction part formed in the body, and formed on the flow path to suck air and generate an ascending air current; a first dust collecting part formed on the upper side of the body to reduce flow velocity of the air sucked from the first suction part while having a cross-sectional area greater than the body; and a discharging part formed on the upper side of the first dust collecting part, and including a fan which can rotate by natural wind for discharging the air. 본 발명은 내부에 유로부가 형성되는 파이프 형상의 몸체; 상기 몸체에 형성되고 공기가 유입되어 상승기류가 발생될 수 있도록 상기 유로부에 형성되는 제1흡입부; 상기 제1흡입부에서 흡입된 상기 공기의 유속을 줄일 수 있도록 상기 몸체 상방에 상기 몸체 보다 큰 단면적으로 형성되는 제1집진부; 및 상기 제1집진부 상방에 형성되고, 자연바람으로 인하여 회전할 수 있는 팬(Fan)을 포함하며, 상기 팬을 이용하여 상기 공기를 배출할 수 있도록 형성되는 배출부;를 포함하는, 공기정화 집진장치와, 공기정화 집진장치용 가로등 및 공기정화 집진장치용 신호등을 제공한다.
