Summary: | The present invention relates to a cube type valve block device installed to a simulated moving bed process system. More particularly, the cube type valve block device is formed between a main pipe transferring various solvents and a column separating a mixed solvent, and has a plurality of transfer paths formed inside for transferring a solvent to a desired place. Thus, the cube type valve block device excludes a conventional pipe line having a complex structure, and makes the flow in the transfer paths smooth by minimizing interruptions in the transfer paths, thereby minimizing a dead volume generated in the pipe line caused by the interruptions. Also, the simulated moving bed process system has efficiency increased by imparting a gradient to the transfer paths in which solvents flow, and by completely discharging the solvents.
본 발명은 모사 이동층 공정시스템에 설치되는 큐브형 밸브 블록 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 여러 가지 용매가 이송되는 메인 배관과 혼합된 용매를 분리하는 컬럼 사이에 형성되고, 내부에 다수 개의 이송로가 형성되어 용매를 원하는 곳에 이송시킴으로써, 종래의 복잡한 구조의 배관 라인이 배제되면서 각 흐름 간의 배관가 최소화되어 흐름이 원활하고, 그로 인해 배관에서 발생하는 데드 볼륨(dead volume)을 최소화할 수 있으며, 용매가 흐르는 이송로에 경사도를 주어 용매가 완전히 배출되어 모사 이동층 공정시스템의 효율이 증가하는 특징이 있다. |
