Summary: | The present invention relates to a heterogeneous solid acid catalyst using biochar derived from biomass and a producing method thereof. The producing method of the solid acid catalyst comprises the steps of: a) producing biochar by pyrolyzing biomass; and b) producing a catalyst by pyrolyzing a mixture including biochar, sulfuric acid and sulphate, and the solid acid catalyst produced by the method has excellent ester conversion and excellent physical and chemical stability, and can be stably maintain the catalytic activity even though being reused in the ester reaction.
본 발명의 일 예로서, a) 바이오매스를 열분해하여 바이오촤를 제조하는 단계 및 b) 바이오촤, 황산 및 황산염을 포함하는 혼합물을 열처리하여 촉매를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 고체 산성 촉매의 제조 방법을 포함할 수 있으며, 이렇게 제조된 고체 산성 촉매는 에스테르 전환율이 우수하고, 물리/화학적 안정성이 우수하여 에스테르 반응에 재사용함에도 촉매능이 안정적으로 유지되는 효과가 있다. |
