A sterilizing shelf carriage and a cultivating shelf structure suitable for each purpose are required during a sterilizing and cultivating process in normal bag cultivation of a sawdust medium. According to the present invention, a durable cap of a culture vessel for a shiitake sawdust medium, capable of realizing multi-stage stacking like bottle cultivation without a sterilizing carriage and a cultivating shelf, and realizing an existing mechanical mushroom process, so as to be efficient and enhance productivity. The present invention relates to a cap maintaining air permeability to be combined with a plurality of ventilation holes in an upper cover side of a shiitake sawdust cultivation vessel. According to the present invention, an inner cap is inserted into an external cap part to increase durability, and a filter is installed between an upper side external cap and a lower side inner cap to prevent contamination. Thus, while ventilation is properly performed, a structure of the cap is prevented from being deformed and damaged due to load of the medium and the vessel in multi-stage stacking during high temperature steam sterilization and during cultivation, so obstacle to mechanical work and failure causes of a machine are removed. 통상의 톱밥배지의 봉지재배에서는 살균과 배양과정에서도 각각의 용도에 맞는 살균용 선반대차와 배양용 선반구조물이 필요하다. 본 방법은 살균 대차 및 배양 선반이 필요없이 병재배와 같이 다단적재가 가능하고 기존의 버섯 기계작업이 가능하도록 하여 효율적인 생산성을 높일 수 있는 대용량 배양용기 및 내구성 뚜껑에 관한 것이다. 표고 톱밥배지 배양용기의 상부덮개측에 복수 개의 통기구에 결합되도록 하는 통기성이 유지되는 뚜껑에 관한 것으로 본 구성은 내구성이 증진되도록 외부뚜껑부위 속으로 내부뚜껑이 삽입되도록 하고 상부측 외부뚜껑과 하부측 내부뚜껑 사이에 필터를 내장하도록 고안되어 오염방지를 하고 통기를 적절하게 하면서도 고온 스팀 살균 중의 다단적재 및 배양 중의 다단적재에서 배지 및 용기 등의 하중에 의한 뚜껑의 구조가 변형과 파손이 되지 않도록 고안하여 기계적인 작업의 방해 및 기계 고장 원인을 제거하는 효과가 있다.
