Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing a tea beverage using Cedrela sinensis sprouts and a Cedrela sinensis sprout tea beverage produced by the method. The method comprises: (a) treating washed Cedrela sinensis sprouts with steam, and hot-air drying the same; (b) frying the dried Cedrela sinensis sprouts in the step (a), and extracting the same after adding water; (c) hot-air drying horse beans, and extracting the same after adding water; and mixing a Cedrela sinensis sprout extract in the step (b) and a horse bean extract in the step (c). According to the tea beverage of the present invention, a specific bitter taste can be minimized through processing steps of Cedrela sinensis, and delicate flavor is added due to horse beans. 본 발명은 (a) 세척한 참죽 새순을 증열기로 증기 처리한 후, 열풍 건조하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a)단계의 건조된 참죽 새순을 볶고, 물을 첨가한 후 추출하는 단계; (c) 작두콩을 열풍 건조한 후 볶고, 물을 첨가한 후 추출하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 (b)단계의 추출한 참죽 새순 추출물과 상기 (c)단계의 추출한 작두콩 추출물을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참죽 새순 차 음료의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 참죽 새순 차 음료에 관한 것이다.
