Summary: | The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing sacbrood virus (SBV) using in situ hybridization and a diagnosing method using the same. The composition for diagnosing sacbrood virus (SBV) using in situ hybridization of the present invention and a diagnosing method using the same can more accurately and simply diagnose presence and absence of pathogen infection and a distribution state than the typical SBV detection method, thereby being usefully applied for diagnosis of infection and detection of SBV.
