Summary: | The present invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing interior parts of vehicles, and more specifically, to a device and a method for manufacturing interior parts of vehicles capable of preventing the sealing parts in a skin layer and a foam layer of interior parts such as crash pads from being separated from a substrate due to weakening of adhesive strength. In the present invention, a pressure sensor which detects foaming pressure of the foam material is installed in the substrate constituting a crash pad; a tube capable of controlling expansion pressure is disposed on the surface around the edge of the skin layer; and the relation between the expansion pressure of the tube pressing the substrate surface versus the foaming pressure of the foam material at a time of foaming is adjusted to a level capable of preventing liquid leakage of the foaming material. Thus, the present invention can prevent not only the liquid leakage of the foaming material, but can also prevent the skin layer and the foaming layer from being separated.
본 발명은 차량용 내장재 제조 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 크래시패드와 같은 내장재의 스킨층 및 발포층의 실링부분이 접착력 약화로 기재로부터 박리되는 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 차량용 내장재 제조 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 크래시패드를 구성하는 기재에 발포재의 발포압력을 검출하는 압력센서를 장착하고, 스킨층의 테두리쪽 표면에는 팽창압력 제어 가능한 튜브를 배치한 후, 발포재의 발포시 발포압력 대비 스킨층을 기재 표면에 가압하는 튜브의 팽창압력을 발포재의 누액 방지 가능한 수준으로 조절함으로써, 발포재의 누액 방지는 물론 스킨층 및 발포층의 박리 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 차량용 내장재 제조 장치 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다. |
