The present invention relates to a water treating apparatus capable of sterilizing a water cock and a sterilization cup, which can sterilize an inside and outside of a water cock by using sterilized water generated in a water treatment module. According to the present invention, provided is the water treatment apparatus comprising: a water treatment module which includes a water cock configured to dispense water, filtered by a filter unit, to a user and a control unit configured to perform control so as to discharge sterilized water via the water cock; and a sterilization cup which accommodates the sterilized water discharged via the water cock; wherein the sterilization cup includes a first accommodation portion having an accommodation cavity configured to accommodate the sterilized water discharged via the water cock and a second accommodation portion configured to accommodate sterilized water having overflowed the accommodation cavity, and the first accommodation portion and the second accommodation portion are coupled to each other in such a manner that part of one body is inserted into a counterpart body. 본 발명은 수처리모듈에서 생성된 살균수를 이용하여 취수코크의 내부 및 외부를 살균처리할 수 있는 취수코크 살균이 가능한 수처리장치 및 살균컵을 제공하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명의 수처리장치는, 필터부에서 여과된 물을 사용자에게 출수하기 위한 취수코크와, 살균수를 상기 취수코크를 통해 배출하도록 제어하는 제어부를 구비한 수처리모듈; 상기 취수코크를 통해 배출되는 살균수를 수용하기 위한 살균컵;을 포함하되, 상기 살균컵은, 상기 취수코크를 통해 배출된 살균수를 수용할 수 있는 수용홈이 형성된 제1수용부, 상기 수용홈에서 넘친 살균수를 수용하는 제2수용부로 이루어지고; 상기 제1수용부와 제2수용부는 어느 한쪽의 몸체 일부가 상대방의 몸체에 삽입됨으로써 결합된다.
