Summary: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of surface enriched Raman scattering active particles and the surface enriched Raman scattering active particles manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of the surface enriched Raman scattering active particles includes: a step of manufacturing a metallic precursor solution; a step of manufacturing an organic compound ligand precursor solution; a step of providing a Raman active metal; a step of manufacturing a first mixed solution by mixing the organic compound ligand precursor solution and the metallic precursor solution; and a step of manufacturing a second mixed solution by mixing the first mixed solution with the Raman active metal. The surface enriched Raman scattering active particles capable of improving the sensitivity for detecting a substance, an analysis subject, can be provided by joining the Raman active particles within a metal-organic structure.
