Disclosed is a hydraulic pressure supply device which absorbs an impact between an end of a rack bar and a housing and sets an initial position of the rack bar to improve control performance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic pressure supply device comprises: a motor drive unit to detect a pedal force of a driver to generate a drive force; a reducing unit to amplify the drive force generated by the motor drive unit; a pressing unit connected to the reducing unit to convert a rotational motion into a linear motion; and a housing to enclose the pressing unit to protect the pressing unit. The pressing unit comprises: a pinion connected to the reducing unit to receive a rotational force to rotate; and a rack bar having a rack gear formed in a longitudinal direction to circumscribe the pinion to move linearly, wherein one end thereof presses a piston disposed on a cylinder. A control damper is disposed between the other end of the rack bar and the housing to absorb an impact between the rack bar and the housing. 랙바 끝단과 하우징간의 충돌을 완충하고 랙바의 초기 위치 설정이 가능하여 제어성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 액압 공급장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액압 공급장치는 운전자의 답력을 감지하여 구동력을 발생하는 모터구동부와, 모터구동부에서 발생된 구동력을 증폭시키는 감속부와, 감속부와 연결되어 회전운동을 직선운동으로 변환하는 가압부와, 가압부를 보호하도록 감싸는 하우징을 포함하고, 가압부는 감속부와 연결되어 회전력을 전달받아 회전하는 피니언과, 피니언과 외접하는 랙기어가 길이방향으로 형성되어 직선운동하며 일단이 실린더에 마련된 피스톤을 가압하는 랙바를 구비하고, 랙바의 다른 일단과 하우징 사이에는 랙바와 하우징의 충돌을 완충하는 조절댐퍼가 마련된다.
