The present invention relates to an instant heating type rice cake steamer coffee machine which is capable of extracting the coffee solution using hot water or steaming the rice cake material using steam by supply water required at the outside to a pipeline which encircles a heater or is adjacent to the heater when extracting a coffee solution or steaming rice cake material. An instant heating type rice cake steamer coffee machine according to the present invention comprises: a main body including a holder part which is formed on the main body, and on which a rice cake container containing the rice cake material is mounted, and a mounting part which is formed on the main body, and on which a coffee cup is put; a heater which is formed within the main body such that the heater is heated; a main pipeline which is formed within the main body, of which an inlet of one end is connected to a water supply unit at the outside of the main body, and of which an outlet of other end is connected to a distribution port such that water flowing through the main pipeline is heated or vaporized by a heat exchange with the heater; a pump which is formed in the middle of the main pipeline to flow water of the water supply unit at the outside in the main pipeline by pumping; a control board which is formed within the main body to control operation of the heater or the pump; a coffee capsule (including bean coffee powder ground by a grinder) which is formed on the main body that is spaced apart in a predetermined distance right above the mounting part; two discharge pipes one ends of which are connected to the distribution port, and other ends of which are respectively connected to the coffee capsule and a discharge port formed in the holder part; and a selection switch which is formed in the distribution port and electrically connected to the control board to select a coffee function or rice cake steaming function, and which enables the main pipeline to be selectively communicated with one of the two discharge pipes. 본 발명은 커피액을 추출하거나 떡 재료를 찔 때 외부에서 필요한 물을 히터를 감싸거나 히터에 인접된 관로에 공급하여 온수로 커피액을 추출하거나 증기로 떡 재료를 찔 수 있도록 하는 커피머신 겸용 순간가열식 떡찜기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 떡 재료가 담긴 떡용기가 장착되는 홀더부와 커피잔이 올려지는 안치부가 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체 내부에 구비되어 발열하는 히터와, 상기 본체 내부에 구비되는 것으로, 일단의 유입구는 상기 본체 외부의 물공급수단에 연결되고 타단의 출구는 분배구에 연결되며 상기 히터와의 열교환에 의해 내부에 흐르는 물이 온수화되거나 증기화되는 주관로와, 상기 주관로의 도중에 구비되어 펌핑에 의해 외부에 있는 물공급수단의 물을 주관로에 유입하는 펌프와, 상기 본체 내부에 구비되어 히터나 펌프의 동작을 제어하는 제어보드와, 상기 안치부 직상부의 소정거리 이격된 본체에 구비되는 커피캡슐(분쇄기에 의해 분쇄된 원두커피분말 포함)과, 일단은 상기 분배구에 연결되고, 타단은 상기 홀더부에 형성된 배출구와 커피캡슐에 각각 연결되는 2개의 배출관, 및 상기 분배구에 구비되고 제어보드에 전기적으로 연결되어 커피 기능이나 떡찜 기능을 선택하며, 상기 주관로를 2개의 배출관 중 어느 하나에 선택적으로 연통시키는 선택 스위치를 포함하여 구성된다.
