The present invention relates to an oriental medicinal coffee powder composition comprising: 40 to 60 parts by weight of coffee bean; and 40 to 60 parts by weight of a medicinal herbal material composed of at least one selected from the group consisting of balloon flower root, cinnamon, quince, perillar, burdock, Hovenia dulcis Thunb, and a combination thereof, wherein the coffee bean and the medicinal herbal material are prepared through a pulverizing step, respectively. Thereby, the present invention may provide a coffee powder composition maintaining flavor characteristics of coffee while additionally providing unique traditional flavor of the medicinal herbal material, the coffee powder composition capable of making oriental medicinal coffee which satisfies tastes of domestic consumers. 본 발명은 한방 커피 분말 조성물에 관한 것으로, 커피 원두 40 내지 60 중량부; 및 도라지, 시나몬, 모과, 소엽, 우엉 및 헛개나무 중 적어도 하나 또는 하나 이상의 조합으로 마련되는 생약재 40 내지 60 중량부;를 포함하며, 상기 커피 원두 및 상기 생약재는 각각 분쇄 과정을 거쳐 마련된다. 이를 통해, 피의 향미특성을 유지하되, 생약재 고유의 전통적 향미 또한 추가적으로 제공하여 국내 소비자의 기호를 만족시킨 한방 커피를 제조할 수 있는 한방 커피 분말 조성물을 마련할 수 있다.
