The present invention relates to an automatic installation system of a high voltage battery for an electric vehicle, a device thereof, and a method thereof. Particularly, the automatic installation system of a high voltage battery for an electric vehicle comprises: a hanger unit mounting a frame for an electric vehicle; and an automatic installation unit provided at a bottom part of the hanger unit to mount a high voltage battery automatically on the frame for an electric vehicle after aligning the high voltage battery to a center position, such that the present invention enables to install the high voltage battery on the frame for an electric vehicle and eliminates inconvenience resulting in a manual working process, thereby improving workability, increasing accuracy and safety through implementing the automation process, and increasing cost efficiency by reducing labor costs. 본 발명은 전기자동차용 고전압배터리 자동 장착 시스템 및 장치 그리고 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 전기자동차용 프레임을 거치시키는 행거부와; 상기 행거부 하부에 구비되며, 상기 전기자동차용 프레임에 고전압배터리를 자동으로 센터링한 다음 장착시키는 자동장착부로 구성되어, 전기자동차용 프레임에 고전압배터리를 자동으로 장착시킬 수 있게 하여 수작업으로 인한 공정 상의 불편함을 제거함으로써 작업성을 향상시키고, 자동화 실시로 인해 정확도와 안전성을 증대시키며 인건비를 저감시켜 비용성을 향상시키는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.
