The present invention relates to a method for remodeling design, which enables a demander for remodeling to virtually implement a remodeled design by oneself, so the demander can determine a desired remodeled design. Consequently, the method for remodeling design can promote vitalization of a remodeling market. The method for remodeling design according to the present invention comprises the steps of: connecting, by a demander for remodeling, to a web server via a demander terminal; providing, by the web server, floor diagrams of multi-dwelling units to the demander terminal, and selecting any one of the floor diagrams via the demander terminal; providing, by the web server, a remodeling which can be applied for the selected floor diagram, together with the selected floor diagram, to the demander terminal; applying the remodeling tool to the floor diagram via the demander terminal; and storing a floor diagram, on which the remodeling tool has been applied, in the web server. 본 발명은 리모델링 수요자가 직접 자신이 리모델링 디자인을 가상으로 구현해 봄으로써 자신이 원하는 리모델링 디자인을 결정할 수 있고, 나아가 리모델링 시장의 활성화를 도모할 수 있는 리모델링 디자인 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 리모델링 디자인 방법은 리모델링 수요자가 수요자단말기를 통해 웹서버에 접속하는 단계와, 상기 웹서버에서 상기 수요자단말기로 공동주택의 평면 도면들을 제공하고, 상기 수요자단말기에서 상기 평면 도면들 중 어느 하나의 평면 도면을 선택하는 단계와, 상기 웹서버에서 상기 선택된 평면 도면과 함께, 상기 선택된 평면 도면에 따라 적용가능한 리모델링 툴을 상기 수요자단말기에 제공하는 단계와, 상기 수요자단말기를 통해 상기 리모델링 툴을 상기 평면 도면에 적용하는 단계와, 상기 리모델링 툴이 적용된 평면 도면을 상기 웹서버에 저장하는 단계를 포함한다.
