The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or suppressing vascular aging comprising a material derived from Acanthopanax sessiliflorus fruit, and to a preparation method thereof. More particularly, the material derived from Acanthopanax sessiliflorus fruit and the preparation method thereof are more cost effective than a conventional material suppressing vascular aging and a method thereof, and suppress activation of SA--Gal, thereby having an excellent effect of preventing or suppressing vascular aging. Thus, a pharmaceutical composition and health functional food comprising the material derived from Acanthopanax sessiliflorus fruit are useful to prevent or suppress vascular aging. 본 발명은 오가피 열매 유래 물질이 포함된 혈관노화 예방 또는 억제용 약학적 조성물 및 그의 제조방법으로, 보다 상세하게는 종래의 혈관노화 억제 물질 및 그 방법보다 가격이 저렴하고, SA-β-Gal 활성을 저해함으로써 혈관노화를 예방 또는 억제하는 효과가 우수하여, 이로 인해 혈관노화 예방 또는 억제용으로 사용하기 적합한 오가피 열매 유래 물질이 포함된 약학적 조성물 및 건강기능성 식품을 제공할 수 있다.
