Summary:The present invention relates to a horizontal drain hole having a multi-tube, preventing an inlet of a drill hole from being eroded by a flow of water between an inner bore of the drill hole drilled on a slope of a cutting area and an outer bore of a drain pipe inserted into the drill hole. Therefore, the present invention has a water blocking ring expanded by itself when the water blocking ring comes in contact with water in the outer bore of the drain pipe to watertightly block a gap between the inner bore of the drill hole and the outer bore of the drain pipe to enable the water to be drained only to the drain pipe to prevent slope collapse of the cutting area. 본 발명은 절개지 사면에 시추된 천공홀 내경과 천공홀에 삽입된 배수관 외경 사이로 용수가 흘러 천공홀의 입구가 침식되지 않도록 배수관의 외경에 용수와 접촉하게 되면 자기 팽창하는 지수링이 설치되어 천공홀 내경과 배수관 외경 사이의 틈새를 수밀하게 차단하여 용수가 배수관만으로 배수되도록 하여 절개지 사면의 붕괴를 방지할 수 있는 다발관이 마련된 수평배수공에 관한 것이다.
