Disclosed is an incoming call notification control system comprising a call transmission/reception part (100), a learning part (103) and an incoming call notification control part (101). The call transmission/reception part (100) is positioned on an interior of a movable body to perform transmission/reception of a call with respect to an operator. The learning part (103) analyzes content of a call of the operator in the past through the call transmission/reception part, classifies properties related to importance of the call between the operator and a corresponding sender based on an analysis result, and stores the classified properties of the sender into a memory part (DB1). The incoming call control part (101) controls whether to perform notification of the incoming call to the operator in accordance with the properties of the sender, which are stored in the memory part, and a situation that the operator faces when there is an incoming call in the call transmission/reception part. According to the present invention, an incoming call is controlled in a further convenient manner in accordance with a situation such as load to an operator as a user or the like. 착신 통지 제어 시스템은, 이동체 내부에 있어서 조작자에 대하여 통화의 송수신이 행해지는 통화 송수신부(100)와, 상기 통화 송수신부를 통한 조작자의 과거의 통화 내용을 분석하여 그 분석 결과에 의거하여 조작자와 해당하는 발신자와의 통화 중요도에 관계성이 있는 속성을 분류하도록 구성되고, 이 분류된 발신자의 속성을 기억부(DB1)에 저장하는 학습부(103)와, 상기 통화 송수신부에 착신이 있었을 때, 상기 기억부에 저장되어 있는 상기 발신자의 속성 및 상기 조작자가 처해 있는 상황에 따라, 상기 조작자에게의 상기 착신 통지의 실행의 유무를 제어하도록 구성되는 착신 통지 제어부(101)를 구비한다.
