The present invention relates to a clamping apparatus for an injection molding machine, which includes a fixed plate and a movable plate which opens or closes a mold by moving relative to the fixed plate. The clamping apparatus comprises: a piston rod which is movable in the forward/backward directions for opening or closing the mold; a cylinder body which is fixed at one side of the fixed plate, and guides the piston rod to be inserted therein or extracted therefrom; and an extension assembly, whose one side is connected with the piston rod and whose the other side is connected with the movable plate, and which is extendable in the direction from the fixed plate to the movable plate. According to the present invention, in a case where a clamping cylinder needs to be extended, the clamping cylinder can be extended frontally, in the direction from the fixed plate to the movable plate, while maintaining the minimum thickness of the mold, so that the extended clamping cylinder does not invade the workspace of a worker. 본 발명은, 고정 형판과, 상기 고정 형판에 대하여 상대적으로 이동하면서 금형을 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 이동 형판을 구비하는 사출성형기의 형체장치로서, 상기 금형의 개방 또는 폐쇄를 위해 전후진 이동 가능한 피스톤 로드, 상기 고정 형판의 일측에 고정되고 상기 피스톤 로드의 내부로의 삽입을 가이드 하거나 또는 상기 피스톤 로드의 외부로의 인출을 가이드 하는 실린더 바디 및 일측이 상기 피스톤 로드와 결합하고 타측이 상기 이동 형판과 결합하며, 상기 고정 형판으로부터 상기 이동 형판을 향하는 방향으로 연장 가능한 연장 어셈블리를 포함하는 사출성형기의 형체장치에 관한 것이다.
