Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an extract comprising flavonoid aglycone by using koji mold and separating glycoside residues from citron seed-derived flavonoid, and relates to a cosmetic composition comprising the same. According to the present invention, the flavonoid aglycone can be produced from the flavonoid glycoside contained in a citron seed extract in an effective manner. The flavonoid aglycone-containing citron seed extract produced thereby has excellent effects in reducing skin wrinkles and effects in whitening the skin, thereby being useful as a cosmetic composition.
본 발명은 국(麴)균을 사용하여 유자씨 유래 플라보노이드부터 글리코시드 잔사를 분리하여 비당체 플라보노이드를 함유하는 추출물을 제조하는 방법과 이를 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 효과적으로 유자씨 추출물에 함유된 배당체 플라보노이드로부터 비당체 플라보노이드를 생산할 수 있다. 이렇게 생산된 비당체 플라보노이드 함유 유자씨 추출물은 피부 미백 효과 및 피부 주름 개선 효과가 우수하여 화장료 조성물로 유용하다. |
