Summary: | The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling an air fuel ratio of a vehicle that can efficiently control a target air fuel ratio for protecting an exhaust system when a recognition time of an ignition timing during running of the vehicle is short, and the method comprises: a step of determining whether a temperature of exhaust gas exceeds a predetermined first threshold temperature, and an ignition timing recognition command is input; and a step of controlling a target air fuel ratio by increasing a fuel injection amount when the ignition timing is recognized and return to a basic ignition timing is not performed within a set time in accordance with the ignition timing recognition command, as a result of the determination.
본 발명은 차량 주행중 점화시기 지각 시간이 짧은 경우 배기계 보호를 위한 목표 공연비를 효율적으로 제어할 수 있도록 한 차량의 공연비 제어장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법은, 배기가스의 온도가 기 설정된 제1 임계온도를 초과하고, 점화시기 지각 명령이 입력되는지를 판단하는 단계; 및 판단 결과, 점화시기 지각 명령에 따라 점화시기 지각 후, 기본 점화시기로의 복귀가 설정된 시간내에 이루어지지 않는 경우 연료 분사량을 증가시켜 목표 공연비를 제어하는 단계를 포함한다. |
