Summary: | The present invention relates to a graphene oxide/polymer composite coated with metal oxide nanoparticles, and to a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, a graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide/polymer composite coated with metal oxide nanoparticles has enhanced dispersibility and miscibility, and has increased mechanical strength and ductility, thereby being useful for energy storage devices, display devices, sensors, separation membranes, and the like.
본 발명은 금속산화물 나노입자가 코팅된 그래핀 옥사이드/고분자 복합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 금속산화물 나노입자가 코팅된 그래핀 옥사이드 또는 환원된 그래핀 옥사이드/고분자 복합체는 분산성 및 혼화성이 향상되고, 기계적 강도의 증가와 동시에 연성도 우수하므로, 에너지 저장 소자, 디스플레이 소자, 센서 및 분리막 등에 응용이 가능하다. |
