The present invention relates to a simulation method for estimating the economic feasibility of business using an electric vehicle, which can examine the economic feasibility of business using electric vehicles such as EV-taxis, EV-sharing, and EV-rental cars on the basis of investment costs such as vehicle prices, subsidies, and charging infrastructure costs, operation costs such as charging infrastructure power costs, vehicle maintenance costs, and depreciation costs, and profit costs of each business. The simulation method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) inputting a business start year and a business period and selecting and inputting one of a plurality of business models preset with regard to the electric vehicles; (b) activating fields for a plurality of cost items and profit items corresponding to the selected business model; (c) selectively inputting the cost items and the profit items; and (d) analyzing expected cost information and profit information for the corresponding business model collectively or annually during the business period on the basis of the inputted cost items and profit items and providing the analysis result by an analysis means. 본 발명은 전기 자동차의 영역으로서 EV-Taxi, EV-Sharing, EV-렌터카 등을 대상으로 차량가격, 보조금, 충전인프라 비용 등의 투자 비용과 충전 인프라 전력 비용, 차량 유지 비용, 감가상각 비용 등의 운용비용 및 각 사업에 대한 수익 비용을 전제로 하여 사업의 경제적 타당성을 검토할 수 있는 전기자동차를 활용한 사업의 경제성 판단을 위한 시뮬레이션 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 a) 사업 시작 년도와 사업 기간을 입력하고 전기차 관련하여 기 설정된 복수의 비즈니스 모델 중 어느 하나의 비즈니스 모델을 선택 및 입력하는 단계; b) 선택된 비즈니스 모델에 해당되는 복수의 비용 항목 및 수익 항목에 대한 입력란이 활성화되는 단계; c) 상기 복수의 비용 항목 및 수익 항목을 선택적으로 입력하는 단계; 및 d) 분석 수단에서 상기 입력된 비용 항목과 수익 항목을 기초로 해당 비즈니스 모델에 대한 예상 비용 정보와 수입 정보를 사업 기간 동안의 일괄 또는 연도별로 분석하며, 분석 결과를 제공하는 단계;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
