Summary:The present invention relates to a novel macrolactam glycoside derivative, a method for chemoenzymatically producing the same, and an antibacterial composition including the same as an active ingredient. According to a method for chemoenzymatically producing novel macrolactam glycoside derivative of the present invention, a non-natural macrolactam glycoside derivative is produced by glycosylating chemically synthesized macrolactam provided from the outside by using a microorganism for internally producing a macrolactam glycoside derivative and an enzyme in charge of the biosynthesis of the macrolactam glycoside derivative. Compared to natural macrolactam glycoside, the macrolactam glycoside derivative produced according to the present invention has an equivalent or higher antibacterial activity and shows improved metabolic stability, so the macrolactam glycoside derivative can be useful in discovering a novel structure antibacterial material.
