According to a variety of embodiments of the present invention, a display control method of an electronic device comprises the following operations of: enabling an application processor to store the same frame data in a storage unit of a display operating module and stop frame data transmission to the display operating module if a present number of the same frame data and more are continuously generated; and enabling the display operating module to scan the frame data stored in the storage unit and output the frame data to a display panel.
