The present invention relates to a mask sheet having eye portions, a nose portion and a mouth portion perforated therein, comprising: an eye part cut along a tight line with respect to an eye region and comprising a base fabric of wave-patterned long fabric; and a mouth part cut along a tight line with respect to a mouth region and comprising a fabric of natural rayon. The mask sheet is formed in such a manner that 50 to 70 wt% of purified water, 3 to 12 wt% of dipropylene glycol, 3 to 12 wt% of butylene glycol, 5 to 10 wt% of glycerin, 3 to 7 wt% of ethanol, 2 to 6 wt% of a grapefruit extract, 3 to 5 wt% of PEG-75, 2 to 4 wt% of acrylate/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, 1 to 3 wt% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.1 to 3 wt% of trehalos, 0.2 to 4 wt% of an aloe vera leaf extract, 0.2 to 4 wt% of potassium hydroxide, 0.2 to 4 wt% of ethylhexylglycerin, 0.1 to 3 wt% of xanthan gum, 0.1 to 2 wt% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.01 to 3 wt% of charcoal powder, 0.1 to 3 wt% of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, 0.1 to 4 wt% of disodium EDTA, 0.1 to 4 wt% of phenoxyethanol, and 0.01 to 3 wt% of perfume are mixed, the mixture is agitated and coated on a thin layer of a separate mask sheet, and the sheet is cooled at a temperature of 0 to 15 C.
