Summary:Disclosed is a method for representing a hierarchical schema for a three-dimensional information model for civil facilities. An extended schema of IFC4 according to the present invention defines entities representing a structure and element factor for recognizing the shape of civil facilities to be ranked lower than IfcCivilElement, and defines detailed type thereof to be ranked lower than an IfcCivilElementType entity. Also, a space entity of a conceptual or figurative level, which represents a linear space, is ranked lower than an IfcSpatialElement entity. In addition, detailed components/parts are further defined to be ranked lower than IfcElementComponent, which is an entity defined in the existing IFC4. 토목시설에 대한 3차원 정보모델을 위한 계층적 스키마 표현 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 IFC4의 확장 스키마는 토목시설의 형상인식을 위한 구조물 및 부재요소를 표현하는 엔티티들은 'IfcCivilElement'의 하위에 정의하고, 그 세부 타입(Type)을 'IfcCivilElementType' 엔티티의 하위에 정의한다. 또한, 선형적 공간을 표현하는 개념적 또는 형상적 수준의 공간 엔티티를 'IfcSpatialElement' 엔티티의 하위에 구성한다. 나아가, 세부 구성품(Components/Parts)은 기존 IFC4에 정의된 엔티티인 'IfcElementComponent'의 하위에 확장 정의된다.
