The present invention relates to a header tank assembly of a heat exchanger for a car in which a spiral hanging groove (13) is formed in a header tank (10) and a hanging piece (22) having a hanging projection (22a) hanging in the hanging groove (13) is formed on an insertion pipe (20). The present invention uses no additional components for fastening or no fastening tools and couples the hanging groove (13) and the hanging piece (22) to enable mount of the entrance pipe (20) to the header tank (10), thereby reducing a man-hour and number of components. 본 발명은 자동차용 열교환기 헤더 탱크 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 헤더 탱크(10)에 나선형 걸림홈(13)이 형성되고 출입파이프(20)에 걸림홈(13)에 걸려지는 걸림돌기(22a)가 형성된 걸림편(22)이 형성된다. 별도의 체결용 부품이나 체결 공구를 이용하지 않고 걸림홈(13)과 걸림편(22)을 결합시킴으로써 헤더 탱크(10)에 출입파이프(20)를 장착할 수 있게 되어 부품수 및 공수가 감소하는 효과가 있다.
