Summary:The present invention relates to a biodegradable polymer scaffold for tissue engineering, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, a biodegradable flavonoid solid dispersion is manufactured by increasing solubility of poorly soluble flavonoid using a water soluble polymer, thereby having enhanced bioavailability. In the case of using the biodegradable flavonoid solid dispersion to manufacture the biodegradable polymer scaffold for tissue engineering, the biodegradable polymer scaffold for tissue engineering has increased solubility of effective components, bioavailability, and has enhanced antioxidant and anti-inflammatory efficacy. Thus, the biodegradable polymer scaffold for tissue engineering has reduced inflammatory responses of a biopolymer, and excellent biocompatibility. 본 발명은 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 지지체와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 난용성 플라보노이드를 수용성 고분자를 사용하여 용해도를 증가시켜 생체이용률을 높인 생분해성 플라보노이드 고체분산체를 제조함으로써, 이러한 고체분산체를 이용하여 고분자 지지체를 구성하는 경우 유용성분의 용해도 증가, 생체 이용률 증가 및 항산화 및 항염증 효능을 가짐으로써 생체고분자의 염증 반응을 줄이고 생체적합성이 우수한 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 지지체에 관한 것이다.
