Summary:The present invention relates to a brazing alloy and, more specifically, relates to a brazing alloy composed of copper (Cu), phosphorous (P), and sulfur (S); and additionally including at least one type of element selected from a group composed of indium (In), boron (B), silver (Ag), and tin (Sn) or germanium (Ge). The brazing alloy comprises: 5.0-7.5 wt% of indium (In), 0.0005-0.5 wt% of sulfur (S), and the remainder consisting of copper (Cu). According to the brazing alloy of the present invention, the brazing alloy is composed of copper (Cu), phosphorous (P), and sulfur (S), unlike an existing alloy element; and additionally includes at least one type of element selected from the group composed of indium (In), boron (B), silver (Ag), and tin (Sn) or germanium (Ge) as an alloy component. The brazing alloy does not include silver (Ag) at all, or the content of silver (Ag) of the brazing alloy is remarkably reduced in comparison with the existing brazing alloy including silver (Ag). Accordingly, the brazing alloy is capable of reducing manufacturing costs and obtaining an effect identical to that described above, or is capable of having excellent effect of providing better weldability. 본 발명은 브레이징 합금에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 구리(Cu), 인(P), 황(S)으로 구성되며, 여기에 인듐(In), 붕소(B), 은(Ag), 주석(Sn) 또는 게르마늄(Ge)으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택한 1종 이상의 원소를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있는 브레이징 합금에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 인(P) 5.0~7.5 중량%, 황(S) 0.0005~0.5 중량%를 포함하며, 잔부는 구리(Cu)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 브레이징 합금에 의하면, 기존의 합금원소와는 달리 구리(Cu), 인(P), 황(S)으로 구성되고, 여기에 인듐(In), 붕소(B), 은(Ag), 주석(Sn) 또는 게르마늄(Ge)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 합금성분으로 더 포함함으로써, 은(Ag)을 전혀 포함하지 않거나 기존의 은(Ag)을 포함하는 브레이징 합금에 비하여 은(Ag)함량을 월등히 낮춤으로써, 제조비용을 낮춤과 동시에 상기한 효과와 동일하거나 더 우수한 용접성을 제공하는 큰 효과가 있는 것이다.
