Accordingly, provided is the light emitting diode with high reliability and high light emitting efficiency when driving at high power. 고출력 발광 다이오드가 개시된다. 고출력 발광 다이오드는 적어도 4개의 전극 패드와, 전극 패드에 연결되며 발광 다이오드의 상면에 골고루 배치된 전극 연장부를 갖는다. 따라서 고출력 구동 시, 신뢰성이 높고 발광 효율이 높은 발광 다이오드가 제공된다.
