The present invention relates to a dissolved oxygen-increased agricultural water supply system including: a first conduit for groundwater inflow and transport; an oxygen generating unit; a gas dissolution device supplied with oxygen from the oxygen generating unit during the groundwater transport and causing oxygen dissolution in the groundwater; an oxygen-dissolved groundwater storage tank storing the oxygen-dissolved groundwater; a second conduit transporting the oxygen-dissolved groundwater from the storage tank to a region in need of agricultural water; and an oxygen-dissolved groundwater injection unit at an end of the second conduit. 본 발명은 지하수를 유입하여 이송하는 제1관로와, 산소발생부와, 상기 지하수가 이송되는 과정에서 상기 산소발생부로부터 산소를 공급받아 지하수에 산소를 용존시키는 기체용해장치와, 산소가 용존된 지하수를 저장하는 산소용존 지하수 저장 탱크와, 상기 저장 탱크로부터 농업 용수가 필요한 해당 지역으로 산소 용존 지하수를 이송하는 제2관로와, 상기 제2관로 끝단에 마련된 산소용존 지하수 분사부를 포함하는 용존 산소가 증가된 농업 용수 공급 시스템을 제공한다.
