The present invention relates to a ceramic sheet peeling apparatus for peeling a substrate (s2) from a ceramic sheet (s) consisting of a ceramic film (s1) printed on the substrate (s2) in a circuit pattern form. The ceramic sheet peeling apparatus comprises: a suction transfer plate (310) for sucking and transferring the ceramic sheet (s); a peeling driving means (320) including an X-axis driving means (321), a Y-axis driving means (322), and a Z-axis driving means (323); and a peeling head (330) coupled to the peeling driving means (320) and including an adhesive roller (331) for partially separating one corner of the substrate (s2) by moving up after adhering to one corner of the substrate (s2) by the adhesive force of an adhesive tape supplied through an adhesive tape supply means (340) and a grab arm (333) for fixing one corner of the substrate (s2) adhering to the adhesive roller (331). The peeling driving means (320) horizontally moves to the other corner, which is diagonal to one corner of the substrate (s2), by a predetermined distance and then horizontally moves by changing a horizontal movement direction by a predetermined angle, in a state in which the peeling head (330) grabs one corner of the substrate (s2). 본 발명은 세라믹 시트 박리 장치에 관한 것으로, 대지(s2)상에 회로 패턴형상으로 인쇄된 세라믹 박막(s1)으로 구성되는 세라믹 시트(s)에서 상기 대지(s2)를 박리하는 세라믹 시트 박리 장치에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 시트(s)를 흡착하여 이송하는 흡착 이송 플레이트(310);와, x축 구동 수단(321), y축 구동 수단(322) 및 z 축 구동 수단(323)을 포함하여 구성되는 박리 구동 수단(320);과, 상기 박리 구동 수단(320)에 결합되며, 점착 테이프 공급 수단(340)을 통하여 공급되는 점착 테이프의 점착력에 의하여 상기 대지(s2)의 일측 모서리에 압착 접촉된 후 상승하여 상기 대지(s2)의 일측 모서리를 일부 분리하는 점착 롤러(331)와, 상기 점착 롤러(331)에 점착된 상기 대지(s2)의 일측 모서리를 고정하는 그랩 암(grab arm)(333)을 포함하여 구성되는 박리 헤드(330); 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하되, 상기 박리 구동 수단(320)은 상기 박리 헤드(330)가 상기 대지(s2)의 일측 모서리를 포집한 상태에서, 상기 대지(s2)의 일측 모서리의 대각선 방향의 타측 모서리를 향하여 소정 거리만큼 수평 이동 한 후, 소정 각도만큼 수평 이동 방향을 변경하여 수평이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 시트 박리 장치에 관한 것이다.
