The present invention relates to a treatment system and method for recycling of petrochemical waste, which can treat petrochemical wastewater, generated in a petrochemical plant, by using a bioreactor and a separation membrane, thereby enabling petrochemical wastewater to be recycled as water for industrial use. According to the present invention, provided is the treatment system and method for recycling of petrochemical waste, in which a pretreatment system, a bioreactor using an immersion-type separation membrane, and a reverse osmosis (RO) facility are arranged side by side and a wastewater treatment process for removing contaminants and dissolved materials from petrochemical wastewater is performed, thereby enabling desirable quality water to be reclaimed from petrochemical wastewater, enabling the treated wastewater to be discharged without additional treatment, and enabling the treated wastewater to be recycled as water for industrial use in an area that lacks a water. 본 발명은 석유화학공장에서 발생하는 폐수를 생물반응조 및 분리막 등을 이용하여 처리함으로써, 공업용수 등으로 재이용할 수 있도록 한 석유화학폐수의 재이용 처리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 전처리 시스템과, 침지식 분리막을 이용한 생물반응조, 그리고 역삼투(RO) 설비 등을 나란히 배열하여 석유화학폐수의 오염물질 및 용존성 물질을 제거하는 폐수 처리 공정이 이루어지도록 함으로써, 석유화학폐수를 양호한 처리 수질로 재생할 수 있고, 처리된 폐수를 그대로 방류하는 것 뿐만 아니라 물부족 지역에서 공업용수로 재사용할 수 있도록 한 석유화학폐수의 재이용 처리 시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
