Summary: | The present invention relates to a hot press system pre-activating a polymer electrolyte fuel cell for manufacturing a diffusion layer assembly by stacking a gas diffusion layer (GDL) on a top and bottom of a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA), and by hot-pressing the resultant product. The MEA is prepared by forming an electrode catalyst layer on each of upper and bottom surfaces of an electrolyte membrane. The hot press system conducts leakage inspection, pre-activation, and resistance monitoring during the hot-pressing step for manufacturing the diffusion layer assembly, and sequentially aligns and stacks the MEA and the GDL.
본 발명은 전해질막의 상하면에 각각 전극촉매층을 형성한 막전극접합체(MEA)의 상하에 기체확산층(GDL)을 적층한 후 열간압착하여 확산층접합체를 제작함에 있어서, 열간압착하는 중에 누설검사, 사전활성화 및 저항 모니터링을 수행하고, 막전극접합체 및 기체확산층을 순차적으로 정렬 적층하는 고분자전해질 연료전지를 사전활성화하는 열간압착시스템에 관한 것이다. |
