The present invention relates to a vehicle with a chargeable battery pack capable of ensuring safety of a passenger by efficiently discharging gas discharged from a battery cell to the outside of a vehicle to prevent toxic gas from being introduced into the inside of the vehicle. The battery comprises: battery cell laminations including a plurality of chargeable battery cells; a pack case in which the battery cell laminations are accommodated; a battery management system (BMS) controlling and monitoring an operation of the battery pack; and a fan moving vapor coolant for cooling battery cells or moving air to cool liquid coolant, and discharging gas to the outside of the vehicle. At least one of the battery cells includes a pressure sensor detecting a change in inner pressure of the battery cell. The BMS or vehicle control unit (VCU) discharges gas discharged from the battery cell to the outside of a vehicle by operating a fan when an inner pressure of the battery cell detected by the pressure sensor is increased and then decreased. 충방전이 가능한 전지팩이 장착되어 있는 차량으로서, 상기 전지팩은, 충방전이 가능한 복수의 전지셀들로 구성된 전지셀 적층체; 상기 전지셀 적층체가 수납되는 팩 케이스; 전지팩의 작동을 모니터링 및 제어하는 BMS(Battery management System); 및 전지셀들의 냉각을 위한 기상 냉매를 유동시키거나 액상 냉매의 냉각을 위해 공기를 유동시키는 차량 외부로 배출하는 팬(fan);을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 전지셀들 중의 적어도 하나에는 전지셀의 내압 변화를 검출하는 압력 센서가 구비되어 있고, 상기 BMS 또는 VCU(Vehicle Control Unit)는 압력 센서로부터 검출된 전지셀의 내압이 상승 이후 하강할 때 팬을 구동하여 전지셀에서 배출된 가스를 차량 외부로 배출하도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량을 제공한다.
