The present invention relates to a hood weatherstrip which can greatly improve assembling properties and coupling force of endpieces detachably coupled to both ends of the hood weatherstrip, and an assembled structure thereof. The weatherstrip in accordance with the present invention, comprises: a strip body extended in a longitudinal direction in response to a cowl top cover; and a pair of endpieces which are individually inserted into both ends of the strip body, and are inserted into edges of the cowl top cover. In regards to this, an insertion block with a cross section corresponding to that of the strip body is formed on an end part of the endpiece, and an insertion groove, into which an end part of the strip body is inserted, is formed on the insertion block. 본 발명은 후드 웨더스트립의 양단에 분리가능하게 결합되는 엔드피스의 조립성 및 결합력 등을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 후드 웨더스트립 및 그 조립구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 웨더스트립은, 카울 탑 커버(cowl top cover)에 대응하여 길이방향으로 연장된 스트립바디(strip body); 및 상기 스트립바디의 양단에 개별적으로 끼움결합되고, 상기 카울 탑 커버의 가장자리에 끼움결합되는 한 쌍의 엔드피스(endpiece);를 포함하고, 상기 엔드피스의 단부에는 상기 스트립바디의 단면에 부합되는 단면을 가진 끼움블록이 형성되며, 상기 끼움블록에는 상기 스트립바디의 단부가 끼움결합되는 끼움홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
