Provided is a cover for a building cover. The cover may include: an outer tube which is rotatable; an inner tube which is rotatable; a screen attached to the outer tube; and an operation element fixed to the inner tube. The outer tube is extended along length of the outer tube, and can confine a slender slot opened into the outer tube. The inner tube can be accommodated in the outer tube. The screen can be inserted into the outer tube or can be extended from the outer tube. The operational element can be extended through the slender slot, and can be inserted into the inner tube, and can be extended from the inner tube.
