Summary: | An image sensor includes a substrate which has a front surface and a back surface, a plurality of photo detectors which are adjacent to the front surface, a plurality of contact pads which are electrically connected to the photo detectors on the front surface, and a plurality of light manipulation components which are arranged on part of the back surface. The photo detectors generate electric signals in response to incident light passing through the part of the back surface and the light manipulation components. The part of the back surface has a non-planar shape. So, the deterioration of image quality can be prevented.
이미지 센서는 전면 및 이면을 갖는 기판, 상기 전면에 인접하게 형성된 복수의 광검출기, 상기 전면에서 상기 광검출기들에 전기적으로 연결된 복수의 접촉 패드, 및 상기 이면의 부분상에 배치되는 복수의 광조작 컴포넌트를 포함한다. 상기 광검출기들은 상기 광조작 컴포넌트들과 상기 이면의 상기 부분을 통과한 입사광에 응답하여 전기 신호를 생성하도록 구성된다. 상기 이면의 상기 부분은 비평면 형상을 갖는다. |
