Disclosed are a quadrature oscillator circuit based on a negative differential resistance device and a system including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the quadrature oscillator circuit includes: a plurality of differential oscillators, each of which includes the negative differential resistance device; and a first coupling circuit coupling oscillating signals generated from each of the plurality of differential oscillators to generate output signals.
