Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus for installing joint filler for a water-permeable block capable of being efficiently installed without loss of joint filler in a method of directly filling a space between blocks with joint filler rather than a method of installing a joint filter on a block surface using a brush and vibration. The apparatus for installing joint filler comprises: a joint filler storage box storing a joint filler; a distance controlling means connected to the joint filler storage box and provided to control the installation distance of the joint filler depending on the size of the block; a joint filler installation means provided at a lower side of the space controlling means and inducing the joint filler to be installed; and a moving means. 본 발명은 브러쉬와 진동을 통해 줄눈재를 블록 표면에 포설하는 방식이 아닌 블록 사이의 공간에 직접적으로 줄눈재를 채워주는 방식으로 줄눈재의 유실 없이 효과적으로 시공될 수 있도록 구성되는 투수성 블록포장의 줄눈재 포설 장치에 대한 것으로서, 줄눈재 재료를 보관하는 줄눈재 보관함과, 상기 줄눈재 보관함에 연결되어 상기 블록의 크기에 따라 상기 줄눈재의 포설 간격이 조절될 수 있도록 구비되는 간격조절수단과, 상기 간격조절수단의 하측에 구비되어 상기 줄눈재의 포설을 유도하는 줄눈재 포설수단 및 이동수단을 포함하는 투수성 블록포장의 줄눈재 포설 장치를 제공한다.
