Summary: | The present invention relates to a color stone coating material for construction using a waste polishing agent which is a by-product collected as slurry after being used during a waterjet cutting machining operation and to a construction method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a color stone coating material for construction using a waste polishing agent, which is produced by mixing a slurry-type waste polishing agent generated during the waterjet cutting machining operation with acrylic emulsion resins and color sand, thereby recycling the waste polishing agent, being used as a substitute for expensive silica to enhance texture and appearance of natural stones in various colors, and having excellent non-slip function, adhesion, tensile strength, durability, stain resistance, flame retardancy and functional effects as the material has fine particles; and to the construction method using the same.
본 발명은 워터젯 절삭 가공 시 사용된 후 슬러리 형태로 포집되는 부산물인 폐연마재를 활용하여 건축용 칼라 석재 도장재 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 워터젯 절삭 가공 공정에서 발생되는 폐연마재 슬러리에 아크릴에멀젼수지 및 칼라 규사 등을 혼합하여 건축용 칼라 석재 도장재를 조성함으로써, 폐연마재를 재활용하고 값비싼 규사의 대체재로서 다양한 칼라의 천연석 질감 및 외관으로 미려하게 함과 동시에 입자가 고와 논슬립 기능과 부착성, 인장강도, 내구성, 내오염성, 방염성 및 기능성 효과가 뛰어난 폐연마재를 활용한 건축용 칼라 석재 도장재 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. |
