Summary: | Disclosed are a multipurpose board and a manufacturing method thereof. The multipurpose board according to the present invention includes: a base member formed to have fixed area and fixed thickness; and a rubber metal layer which is formed to have fixed thickness on a surface of the base member and includes metal powder. The rubber metal layer includes first synthetic rubber 8-10 part by weight, second synthetic rubber 5-7 part by weight, iron powder 35-42 part by weight, manganese 22-28 part by weight, plasticizer 10-12 part by weight, lubricant 2-4 part by weight, thermal stabilizer 0.5-1.5 part by weight, antioxidant 1-2 part by weight and wax 1-3 part by weight, as to rubber metal 100 part by weight. According to the present invention, the multipurpose board is used as a board as an alternative of a furniture finishing material and a blackboard. Since the multipurpose board can be attached with subsidiary materials like a decoration or a bulletin board freely and can be protected from external impact by being formed with a coating layer having anti-scratch characteristics on a surface thereof, performance of the multipurpose board can be further improved.
다용도 보드 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 다용도 보드는, 일정 면적과 두께를 갖도록 형성된 베이스부재; 상기 베이스부재의 표면에 일정 두께로 형성되며 금속분말을 포함하는 고무메탈층을 포함하고, 상기 고무메탈층은 고무메탈 100 중량부에 대해 제1합성고무 8~10 중량부, 제2합성고무 5~7 중량부, 철분말 35~42 중량부, 망간 22~28중량부, 가소제 10~12 중량부, 활제 2~4 중량부, 열안정제 0.5~1.5 중량부, 산화방지제 1~2 중량부, 왁스 1~3 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따르면, 가구마감재, 칠판 대용의 보드로 사용되며 자성을 가진 장식물이나 게시판과 같은 부자재를 자유롭게 탈부착시킬 수 있고, 아울러 표면에는 내 스크래치 특성을 갖는 코팅층이 형성되어 있어 외부 충격으로부터 보호될 수 있으므로 성능이 보다 향상될 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
