The present invention relates to a multi-purpose uneven square dam having an underground communicating tube release facility. According to an aspect of the present invention, a multi-purpose uneven square hydroelectric power generation dam for releasing water through an underground communicating tube produces electricity, and comprises: a multi-purpose uneven square dam for releasing water through parallel communicating tubes which replaces an existing river bank with concrete communicating tubes to block water leakage and secure a water storage amount, and is formed by crossing a waterway to store river water and utilize unused land in a river; and a multi-purpose facility such as a water intake, a sewer, and a fishery disposed in a barrier wall between a plurality of communicating tubes of the dam to obtain natural pressurized water. Also, according to another aspect of the present invention, a multi-purpose uneven square hydroelectric power generation dam for releasing water through a plurality of multi-step underground communicating tubes comprises a related facility such as a road, a city, and a plant factory disposed in an uneven square space, and easily adjusts a water storage amount and a release amount according to a number of communicating tubes suitable for a regional condition. 본 발명은 지하 연통관 방류 설비를 갖는 다목적 요철광장 댐에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 태양에 따르면, 기존의 강둑을 콘크리트 연통관으로 대체하여 누수 차단과 저수량을 확보, 강물을 저장하며 하천 내 유휴지를 활용하기 위해 수로를 횡단하여 형성되는 병열 연통관 방류 다목적 요철광장 댐, 및 상기 댐 다수의 연통관 사이 차수벽 내에 자연 가압 용수를 얻기 위해 마련되는, 취수와 하수로 어로 등 다목적 설비를 포함해, 전력을 생산하는 지하 연통관 방류 다목적 요철광장 수력 발전 댐이 제공된다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 태양에 따르면, 요철광장 공간 내에 도로, 도시 및 식물공장 등의 관련시설이 마련되고, 지역 조건에 맞는 연통관 수에 따라 저수량과 방류량 조절이 용이한 다수의 다단계 지하 연통관 방류 다목적 요철광장 수력 발전 댐이 제공된다.
