Summary:The present invention relates to a reaction mixture which includes a mixed culture of first and second microorganisms in an aqueous culture medium including carbon monoxide gas, and to a method for producing at least one type of higher alcohol by using the reaction mixture in the aqueous culture medium. In the reaction mixture of the present invention, the first microorganism is an acetogen, which can convert a carbon source into acetate and/or ethanol; and the second microorganism is selected from the group consisting of Clostridium kluyveri and C. carboxidivorans, which can form an acid by converting the acetate and/or the ethanol. Herein, the first microorganism can additionally convert the acid into a corresponding higher alcohol; and the higher alcohol includes at least 6 carbon atoms. According to the present invention, the reaction mixture facilitates simple and efficient one-pot biotechnological production of higher alcohols from sustainable resources. 본 발명은 일산화탄소 가스를 포함하는 수성 배지에 제1 및 제2 미생물의 혼합 배양물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물, 및 상기 수성 배지에서 상기 반응 혼합물을 사용하여 적어도 1종의 고급 알콜을 생산하는 방법이며, 여기서 - 제1 미생물은 탄소원을 아세테이트 및/또는 에탄올로 전환시킬 수 있는 아세트산생성 미생물이고; - 제2 미생물은 아세테이트 및/또는 에탄올을 전환시켜 산을 형성할 수 있는 클로스트리디움 클루이베리 및 씨. 카르복시디보란스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 여기서 제1 미생물은 추가로 산을 상응하는 고급 알콜로 전환시킬 수 있고, 고급 알콜은 적어도 6개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 것인 반응 혼합물 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
