The disclosed invention comprises: a case formed with a storage space inside for storing a cutting board formed in a thin plate shape to be bent and changed in an elastic manner; an LED module provided with an LED installed on the case for irradiating the fixed region with ultraviolet rays; and a cutting board supporting unit for bending and changing the cutting board to form a target shape to position the front surface of the cutting board in the UV irradiation region of the LED and for supporting the cutting board while supporting the cutting board inserted in the storage space.
