The present invention allows redundancy allocation of PCI within the number of PCIs allowable for moving relay nodes (MRN) and solves the PCI collision between the MRNs by detecting and reallocating PCI collision to be allocated on the MRN caused by the concentration or access to the MRNs. 본 발명은 이동 릴레이 노드들(mRN)에 허용 가능한 PCI 수 범위에서 PCI 중복 할당을 허용하되, 이동 릴레이 노드들의 밀집 또는 접근 등으로 인해 이동 릴레이 노드에 할당된 PCI 충돌을 검출하고 재할당하여 이동 릴레이 노드들 간 PCI 충돌을 해결하기 위한 이동 통신 시스템의 이동형 릴레이 노드 및 중앙 노드의 동작 방법에 관한 것이다.
