Summary:The present invention provides a transparent conductor (100) which allows a metal oxide layer and a metal layer to be easily patterned. The transparent conductor (100) comprises a transparent resin base (10), a first metal oxide layer (12), a metal layer (16) containing a silver alloy, and a second metal oxide layer (14), which are stacked in this order. The second metal oxide layer (14) contains ZnO as a main component and In_2O_3, TiO_2, Ga_2O_3, and GeO_2 as a sub-component, wherein the content of TiO_2 is 12 mol% or less with respect to the total content of ZnO, In_2O_3, TiO_2, Ga_2O_3, and GeO_2. [과제] 금속 산화물층과 금속층을 용이하게 패터닝하는 것이 가능한 투명 도전체를 제공하는 것. [해결 수단] 투명 수지 기재(10), 제1 금속 산화물층(12), 은 합금을 함유하는 금속층(16) 및 제2 금속 산화물층(14)이 이 순서로 적층되어 있고, 제2 금속 산화물층(14)은, 주성분으로서 ZnO를 함유하고, 부성분으로서 InO, TiO, GaO및 GeO를 함유하고, ZnO, InO, TiO, GaO및 GeO의 5성분의 합계에 대한 TiO의 함유량이 12mol% 이하인 투명 도전체(100)를 제공한다.
