The present invention relates to a system, apparatus and method for managing a store. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for managing a store comprises: a management server; at least one frequency output unit installed at least one location inside or outside a store to transmit an inaudible frequency signal including a location code corresponding to the at least one installation location; and an in-user terminal application confirming the location code from the inaudible frequency signal when the inaudible frequency signal is received, registering the confirmed location code in the management server, downloading promotion information when promotion information corresponding to the location code is stored in the management server, and displaying the promotion information during the key operation of a user. 본 발명은 매장 관리 시스템, 장치 및 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 매장 관리 시스템은, 관리 서버; 매장 내 또는 매장 외 적어도 하나의 위치에 각기 설치되어, 설치된 위치에 대응하는 위치 코드를 포함하는 비가청 주파수 신호를 송신하는 적어도 하나의 주파수 출력기; 및 상기 비가청 주파수 신호를 수신하면, 상기 비가청 주파수 신호로부터 상기 위치 코드를 확인하여 상기 관리 서버에 등록하고, 상기 관리 서버에 상기 위치 코드에 대응하는 홍보 정보가 있으면, 상기 홍보 정보를 다운로드받아 사용자의 키 조작시에 표출하는 사용자 단말 내 애플리케이션을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
