The present invention relates to a touch panel. The touch panel according to the present invention comprises: a substrate; a first electrode formed by electrically connecting multiple first unit electrodes arranged in a first direction on the substrate; and a second electrode formed by electrically connecting multiple second unit electrodes arranged in a second direction on the substrate. The first unit electrodes or the second unit electrodes include a mesh pattern formed by arranging multiple regular polygon electrodes without a gap, wherein the regular polygon electrodes can be formed by connecting, with metal wire, a randomly selected part among multiple candidate points, which are arranged around each lattice point in a virtual regular lattice structure. The touch panel according to the present invention can inhibit moire phenomenon. 터치 패널에 관한 것이다. 기판, 상기 기판 위에 제1방향으로 배열되는 복수의 제1단위전극이 전기적으로 연결되어 형성되는 제1전극, 그리고 상기 기판 위에 제2방향으로 배열되는 복수의 제2단위전극이 전기적으로 연결되어 형성되는 제2전극을 포함하며, 상기 제1단위전극 또는 상기 제2단위전극은, 복수의 불규칙한 다각형 전극이 간극 없이 배열되어 형성되는 메시 패턴을 포함하며, 상기 불규칙한 다각형 전극은, 가상의 규칙적인 격자 구조에서의 각 격자점을 중심으로 배치되는 복수의 후보점 중 랜덤하게 선택된 일부를 금속 배선으로 연결하여 형성될 수 있다.
