The present invention relates to a composition for degrading a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, comprising a cyclosophoraose compound represented by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2, a degrading method of a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon using the same, and a degrading kit.
